About

Gresham Landscape and Design Consulting is owned by Charlotte Gresham, a native flower of Northern San Diego County. Charlotte blossomed in a family that has created coastal landscaping designs for over 40 years. Charlotte is familiar with the plants and soils of the area, and will understand any problem you encounter. She doesn’t want to replace your weekly gardener, just enhance your garden experience.

Charlotte would take on the role of your primary “details” person meaning she would consult with you on plant types/placements and installations of infrastructures like irrigation and yard lighting. Charlotte is also a great deal more knowledgeable about out southern California native plants and lives in close proximity to some of the county’s most amazing little grower nurseries where she will be able to provide you with access to very special varieties of natives and other seasonal flowering perennials which would suit your garden.

Consultation Services:

If you are in the process of planning a new garden landscape or remodeling your existing space an onsite consultation by Charlotte Gresham can save you time and money. This onsite visit will last approx. 1 hour. The cost of the consultation is $125.00 for the 1 hour onsite visit.

The purpose of the initial onsite visit is to discuss your vision of the finished design, see the location and take measurements & photos as needed. This affords the designer the information needed to develop a basic placement sketch and an aprox estimate of costs associated with the proposed design.. A well planned and designed project that includes your personal involvement is time very well spent. The proper site selection and plant specification for each unique microclimate within your garden insures years of landscape satisfaction.
